Parangtritis Beach

Parangtritis is located about 25 km south of Yogyakarta. It has been a famous tourism object there. It is a good place for enjoying sunset, playing with sand, taking photograph or just looking around. There is also a hill at east side of beach. There si also a sand hill located in North West of the beach which is called “gumuk pasir”. Shortly, it looks like a small dessert. Many people use that place as a pre wedding photograph spot. Somtimes, we found a rest of burned wood which used by last night visitor who spend their night there.

If we are lucky, we can met the colorful sunset moment, if you are a photographer I think you will very happy.

At east side of parangtritis, we can find a broken ship, you can enter that ship with your spouse and enjoy romantic sunset moment.

If you go "gumuk pasir", you can feel how is mini dessert look like. In several time, this place are being a video making place.

Hence, if you have a vacation in around yogyakarta, i think you have to visit this beach, and dont forget to bring your camera.
